We want you to be happy with your MysonLight purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return any item(s) we will provide you with either an exchange or refund, one of which will be selected based on your reason for return. You are required to email us before returning any item(s
If the item(s) are not the correct fit we will provide you with an online store credit note or the right to exchange with a smaller or bigger size as long as the same item is still available. If the same item is not available, we can replace it with a new selection of yours within our store availability but should be with the same value or higher. Our 7 day returns time restraint should be strictly implemented for change of size. We will accept the change for sizes of the same item as long as all tags are attached and the item is unworn subject to inspection.
At the point of purchase, we are not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, or if you change your mind.
If you believe you have received a faulty item or incorrect item/size tags please firstly contact us via email on email@example.com with your order number, full name and a few images of the area of concern. If the item has a major fault we will offer you a refund for the item.
INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE:
If you believe you have received an incorrect item/size, please firstly contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and a few images of the received goods. Customers will be required to return any incorrect items.
If you believe you have received a faulty item or incorrect item/size please firstly contact us via email on email@example.com with your order number, full name and a few images of the area of concern. If the item has a minor fault we will repair it and return it to you within 10-20 working days. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the item has a major fault (subject for approval) we will offer you a replacement, or full refund.
Mysonlight exchanges and refunds are subject to the following conditions and all of the below must be adhered to for this to happen.
-You returned all item(s) within 7 days of delivery (Not required for change of size)
-Return the item(s) in original saleable condition
-Your return item(s) must not be soiled, washed, used or worn
-Original Tags and bags if any must be attached to the garment
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, MysonLight reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit note or refund.
It is within our discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. We recommend all customers inspect their products upon receiving them. We do not accept returns on items that have basic wear and tear.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.

HOW TO RETURN A GARMENT:
Please ensure you contact our sales department before returning any item(s).
When returning an item (unless otherwise advised by MysonLight) we recommend you use a traceable delivery method and either insure your delivery for safe return to MysonLight or declare the full value of the shipment so you`re completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to not undertake these recommendations we are not responsible for loss or damage to the product during delivery.
